The staff here are usually friendly and the lines can get long, but the staff is usually pretty good about expediting service. I don't really like their coffee since it seems like it's never quite hot and overly sweet. Which is why I tried their rebel and now I'm enjoying their marmalade rebel during the summer. This place needs to be inspected for bee infestation. 2 yellow jackets were in my drink, could not see them due to the drink is dark purple. This is the owners fault and health department needs to look into this. This is the best way to make me stop buying from coffee shops like this for sure!!! View all feedback.
Our first time at this location. They were very busy this on this Tuesday evening. Out of 7 drinks ordered the gemberry soda was flavorless so we asked for more syrup. My wallaby coffee tasted like a flavorless, burnt Starbucks coffee but I really don't like to ask for drinks fixed especially after fixing my daughter's drink, so I didn't say anything. The frost, smoothie and 3 cocoas turned out just right.
The place is interesting and fun to go to just because there's so much hype and so many people there. It's ridiculously overpriced and I have no idea why people wait in line for 10 minutes to spend 12 bucks on a cup of coffee . Really you just go there for the atmosphere and wonder what all the fuss is about. I had gotten a gift card for Christmas and was using it.
Asked for sugar on the side. They put sugar in the coffee and gave us the sugar on the side. Not knowing they had done that, we added sugar and had to throw the coffee out. It was not how we ordered it.
Best Dutch ever... love this place.. I have been to so many and none can compare to this location...
The experience was to a situation where I would rather not show anyone what kind of stars I'm putting on there.
