The service started off well with a warm welcome from the wait staff, but quickly deteriorated. They expected customers to set their own plates, which felt insulting. Despite feeling uncomfortable, my husband and daughter helped me remain calm. The waiter was argumentative for no reason, and the waitress was overly attentive in clearing plates. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with the lack of supervision and suggested they become more kid-friendly by offering activities for children.

We were seated at a table right next to the toilets and kitchen, constantly being disturbed by staff. The papdi chaat we ordered was dry, tasteless, and smelled like burnt oil. When I complained to the waitress about the lack of freshness and condiments, she told me to set it aside and continue eating. I had to speak to the manager, who did not offer a replacement or apology and claimed they had been serving it all day with no complaints. We left without finishing our meal. I will never return to this restaurant.
