This restaurant includes a mandatory service charge on your bill and requires payment even for subpar service. We have the option to decline paying the service charge, but the staff does not seem to comprehend this. If it is clearly stated on the menu and you overlook the fine print or are not informed that it is mandatory, I find this unacceptable. I believe that trading standards may need to look into this matter.
I ordered takeout and was pleasantly surprised by the fresh and tasty food, which was a nice change from other restaurants. The mogo chips, lamb mushkaki, haadi lamb (although it had lots of bones and could have had more meat), and Methi chicken, accompanied by some naan, were all delicious.
