Overall, this Chinese restaurant was not authentic and too expensive for the low quality of food. I would not return.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed to find that there was no plum sauce, which is a crucial part of enjoying the duck dish. We reached out to Uber for a refund, but were only given a measly $4.99 compensation. This was a meal on Christmas Eve, and we feel we deserve a full refund. On Sunday, December 18th, my family, consisting of 4 adults (2 visiting from abroad and wanting to treat myself and my partner), along with 2 kids, wanted to go... read more On Sunday, December 18th, my family, consisting of 4 adults (2 visiting from abroad and wanting to treat myself and my partner), along with 2 kids, wanted to go out for a nice meal. I called to book a table for 6:30pm. The lady on the phone informed me that it was fully booked until 10pm. Curious, I decided to walk to Northwood Hills (a 5-minute walk from my house) at 6:30pm. As you can see from my photo, the restaurant was completely empty. We were very disappointed by this, as we love their food, are frequent visitors, and have spent a lot of money over time either in the restaurant or through takeout.

First time I called to follow up I was t... read more Please don’t order online from this restaurant. The order never arrived even 30 mins after the scheduled delivery time. First time I called to follow up I was told that the driver had left the restaurant. I then called 20 mins later and was told the driver had several deliveries and would be at mine Amy minute. I called a 3rd time 10 mins later to cancel my order and was told the driver was outside but clearly wasn’t. Terrible string of excuses. I’m never ordering from this place again nor visiting. Since it changed management a few years ago it’s been diabolical for in house dining as well. Definitely one to avoid !
