The only disappointment my partner and I have had is that when you upgrade to the surf and turf option, they only give you 2 prawns for an extra £8. (Scandalous! Lol) Other than that, the steak extras are delicious and the sausage platter to start is sensational. The flavors and spices are divine. We really enjoy coming here.

The restaurant is spacious inside, but there is no outdoor terrace. The service was average, a bit slow.

Unfortunately, we felt neglected by the service compared to the tables around us. It took 30 minutes for us to receive water and the waiting staff seemed uninterested in our experience. They did not check back on how our food was cooked and did not offer a dessert menu after clearing our plates, leading us to decide to leave promptly. The starters were average, nothing special. Both of our steaks were ordered medium rare, but one was way too rare. For the price of £44 for a piece of steak, we expected better cooking. The chips were good but the sauce was too thin and runny. We also asked for a salad on the side, which had very little dressing, leaving us unsatisfied. The mac and cheese lacked flavor, suggesting more cheese could have been added. For the prices in central London, the food and service need improvement. It does not compare to Gaucho, which we have frequented many times. I would recommend saving your money and dining elsewhere. We will not be returning.
