Mala Hotpot Hilliard

I finally got to try Mala Hot Pot and it was a great experience. The service was fast and friendly. We especially liked the robot waiter. The food was delicious ! I had the chicken and mushroom base with mala chicken. My husband had the mala pot beef based) and flank steak. I would absolutely recommend and hope to get back here soon.

I've never done hotpot before and this place was great! Individual portions let us get exactly what we each wanted and the price was perfect. Plus, they have a robot that delivers the food. 10/10, wellbeing back!

This place was so great and welcoming. The servers were all kind and helpful, seeing as my partner, son, and I had never been to a hot pot restaurant before. It 's a very easy to understand process, and not to mention delicious! The Pineapple soda was amazing, we all three had one. The food delivery robot A2 was so cool! We had plenty of food and were able to have hot pot for a day or two after our visit. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in need of HotPot! Will definitely try the Mala version next time!

The reservation process was super easy online and confirmed quickly. We were greeted and given an option on where we would like to sit in the restaurant. We were then explained the ordering process. Extra plates were immediately brought out by a robot, quickly followed by our soups. The portions are large for the price and everything was delicious. The waitress was very friendly. Waitresses do jot check in often, but this is by design to give you space. When I did need something she quickly came to help. I would 100% recommend this place.

Fantastic from start to finish! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive! The food is absolutely delicious with a wide variety to suit anyone?s tastes. I can?t wait to go back! Did a mention that a robot delivers your food?!)Thank you!
