Without exaggerating the best carving I've ever eaten! Both the kitchen and the service are very good. I can only recommend the Meiderhof!
Hospitality and bowling alleys have come a bit in the years, but it is still cozy. Since the old owner died, the restaurant is managed by the front restaurant Monte- Negro.
Those who want to eat a carving that doesn't get out of the friteuse should go to the Meiderhof in Hilden once. There the carving is still fried in the pan!!!! And you just taste it, it's always creepy. But also the other items of the menu can be really recommended, everything is freshly prepared by the cook. The host is an absolute novum, he already runs the restaurant over 50!!!! Years, there are many regular guests, the audience is mixed colorfully. You feel right there. However, you should book on weekends because there are only four tables. There are also five bowling alleys on which, of course, can also be eaten. The lanes are in a top condition, as sports keglers are conicing there, otherwise you don't get that if you go in a pub cones. So I can only say the visit is worth it. To bring to Hilden and absolutely hungry, the portions are neat and the price very appropriate.
Christmas bowling was fun. The food is good, just as you'd expect from a Balkan restaurant.
