When I asked about the price, the employee told me they didn't have time to give me the price and that the bill would be included with the delivery. I understand there's a lot to do, but as a customer, I think it's important to know in advance how much the bill will be. I hope you can adjust your processes in the future to provide your customers with better information. As a paying customer, I have the right to know in advance how much I'll be paying. I'm sure this would contribute to a better customer experience.
