I returned to exchange it for another order and received an 8-piece original instead, despite having spoken with the manager about my issue. I'm never coming back. I'm done wasting my money here.

Went through the drive-thru wit... read more This used to be a good place and location is nice..easy in and out. That's about all I can say that's good about this place now. Went through the drive-thru with two cars ahead of me. Took 20 minutes to get to the window after I ordered. Not one of thethree two piece dinner orders was correct. All the chicken was original no I asked for crispy, no biscuits, no napkins orplastic ware. The lady at the window was much more concerned with her phone conversation then serving their customers. The onechicken breast that was ordered was extremely pink on the inside. I've noticed a lot of KFC's closing in this area over the pastfew years and if they're owned by the same people I certainly understand why. This place sucks. All of this took place twonights ago. I've waited 2 days so I can cool down and try to find more positive things. I just can't do it.
