Citrus - Higueey

Great restaurant for a Saturday night that takes big parties. I had the mofongo, sushi, octopustar and chicken plate. Enjoyed the Mofongo so much that I went back to breakfast. Fantastic freshly pressed juices, I had the strawberry, grapes, lemon, apple. Brunch selection was on point, had pancakes, eggs and omelet.

This restaurant has made our vacation! Once we had our first breakfast in Citrus to convince my family to taste food elsewhere was a pain. The place has a cozy atmosphere, a stylish design and excellent food. It offers so many courses and drinks, we went there every day and did not repeat our orders. It is particularly remarkable for live music performances. The staff is well trained and polite.

We had great reviews of this restaurant so decided to try our first night in Punta Cana and were not disappointed. It is easy to walk to hotels in Los Corales. You can dine inside or outside and select menus in different languages. The staff is attentive and helpful. For drinks we tried several different juices that were excellent. We have the chicken nachos and parradillo sushi role we both loved. The star of the meal, however, was the citrus risotto. The risotto was perfectly cooked and very tasteful. It could not be the dish for you if you like things under salt, but we really enjoyed it. The meat was cooked correctly and tasted wonderfully. Five stars for Citrus Restaurant.

Delicious! My husband and I loved it! We sat right away and food came out very quickly. It was also hot what was beautiful! Very expensive and tasty. The ambience was also very beautiful. Would definitely go back! Update: Was a second time back and fell in love with the restaurant. Staff have amazing attention to detail and are very nice. My husband and I tried the cheese ravioli and also shared the lobster Tortellini, as it was too good not to have it again. The cheese ravioli was amazing and had a very tasty taste, the fresh mozzarella was delicious! We decided to try both Brownie and Nutella Crepe and were so happy that we both tried. Brownie was smooth and rich. The Nutella crepe was delicious and not disappointed. I wish we had eaten more here instead of trying places like Wacamole. Citrus is a must try!

A very nice restaurant in Punta Cana! It could easily be great in Toronto in terms of decor, service, style, food, and drinks. Great service by Francisco, and the other servers! The managers were also friendly and accommodating. Really excellent cocktails, and delicious food!
