Subway - Highspire

I rarely write reviews, but I have to give a shoutout to Mr. Patel for the amazing service he provided to our school group during a recent visit. We were a large group of 180 middle school students, chaperones, and staff from Virginia visiting Hershey, PA for the Music in the Parks Festival. We ordered individualized boxed meals, and with just a few days' notice, Mr. Patel and his team flawlessly executed our order. He stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process and personally delivered the order. He even went above and beyond by helping us clean up our recyclables and trash. I highly recommend this Subway franchise.

This Subway location is typical. One manager has a bit of an attitude, but it seems like she isn't around much. The restaurant is much cleaner in general, and they were even mopping today. The employees are nice and the food is good.

My friend here was really enjoying the sandwiches at this restaurant on a beautiful June afternoon. However, I must say that light honey mustard is not the same as lite mayo, and I prefer just a small amount. But overall, I still love this place.

I absolutely adore these Subway restaurants. The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is always spotless. The customer service and cleanliness are top-notch, making it one of my favorite places to eat.
