We were a... read more I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to commend Mr. Patel for the outstanding service he provided to our school group during our recent visit. We were a large party of 180 middle school students, chaperones, and staff from Virginia, attending the Music in the Parks Festival in Hershey, PA. We ordered personalized boxed meals with only a few days' notice, and Mr. Patel and his team executed our order flawlessly. He maintained constant communication with me throughout the entire process and even personally delivered our order. Mr. Patel went above and beyond by assisting us with cleaning up recyclables and trash. I highly recommend this Subway franchise.
