A young gentlemen (tall, white, brown hai... read more I arrived to the restaurant well ahead of closing time. Nobody seemed certain about whether they were open or closing. A young gentlemen (tall, white, brown hair) was extremely rude to not only myself, but the gentlemen before me who had already been waiting 15 minutes for his order. It appears that there are about 6 people on the clock, so it makes little sense that they are that inattentive to their customers. Thank heavens our KFCs in MD seem to be more efficient.

Was told at 6:15 pm they had no chicken available. 10 minutes for original recipe and 25 minutes for crispy. A KFC with no chicken This location is a joke. I have experienced the pull through and wait and upon arriving home found I was not given what I ordered. KFC corporate needs to address this total lack of service. I wouldn’t give any stars if that was an option.

I came in asking about a reward for free chicken tenders very politely and he kept insisting I was mistaken even though I provided the necessary screenshots. He then proceeded to cuss me out and throw two weak punches my way. He clearly needs more management trading and maybe a tune up on his boxing skills as well. One star. I ordered large sides, and it was a quarter of a cup. The chicken was way overcooked, in oil or something new. Transitioned! I was hopeful they would make a comeback. Service on the phone was friendly and so respectful. Go inside to pick up...wait 7 minutes because no one is helping the lost new girl. All in all, I will be going to Canes and Chik Fila.
