If this hadn't been my third bad experience, I would have left without saying anything and simply managed my own order to ensure it was right. I won't be returning to this place again. Panera seems to have a consistent issue with incompetence!

The customer service was really not up to par. However, the food was quite good, which is why I'm giving it two stars.

Love their coffe... read more We’ve been here many times in the past several years for dine in and take out. Thanks to their hours, I often stop here for an early breakfast. Love their coffee and the breakfast sandwich options. The cinnamon crunch bagel is a favorite. When we want to grab a bite with friends for breakfast or lunch we have picked Panera Bread. And we’ve always had a good time. Their customer service is almost always exceptional, the ambiance is usually mellow and allows for good conversations with whoever you are sharing a meal with. We often get large orders from here for work related events. The panini sandwiches, soups and bowls are a favorite for working lunches. I like that I have the option to tip their staff. Panera Bread makes the best soufflés. Thank you for being awesome
