Panera Bread - Highlands Ranch
Panera Bread
Description
At Panera Bread, customer experiences vary widely. While some patrons appreciate the healthier menu options and enjoy the mellow ambiance, others are frustrated by poor service and cleanliness issues. Complaints about rude staff, cold food, and unkempt tables persist, with some diners vowing never to return. Yet, loyal customers praise the chain’s breakfast offerings and iced tea selection, citing enjoyable visits and friendly service. The overall consensus highlights a disparity between food quality and pricing, along with a pressing need for improved hygiene and attentiveness. While Panera has its fans, significant improvements are necessary for others to enjoy.

I don’t go to Panera much but when I do I’ve been getting this Turkey Bravo for the last 15 years. I get extra meat so it’s around $15- not cheap. The soups, sides, salads, and coffees are all good but my favorite thing about Panera is their iced tea selection.
Don't Waste your money...10+ Dollars...WHAT!!! This was the Biggest POS this year...I was Majorly Disappointed...and Panerna Corp doesn't care to respond to Complaints Ever!
Dirty tables, no cleaned tables to sit at at 4:30 pm Turkey Bacon Bravo had the tiniest piece of bacon, I could barely find it. The guy taking our order was very distracted and disinterested. Will not be back.
We’ve been here many times in the past several years for dine in and take out. Thanks to their hours, I often stop here for an early breakfast. Love their coffee and the breakfast sandwich options. The cinnamon crunch bagel is a favorite. When we want to grab a bite with friends for breakfast or lunch we have picked Panera Bread. And we’ve always had a good time. Their customer service is almost always exceptional, the ambiance is usually mellow and allows for good conversations with whoever you are sharing a meal with. We often get large orders from here for work related events. The panini sandwiches, soups and bowls are a favorite for working lunches. I like that I have the option to tip their staff. Panera Bread makes the best soufflés. Thank you for being awesome
If you are looking for sketchy food handling, cold food and dismal customer service then this is your place. Oh, don 't bother calling the Panera Bread Customer Service number because they wish to protect the owner of this franchise location. I reported service and food handling concerns on May 18th and had no contact with the owner or the company that apparently attempts to manage the property since that time. It is now the end of May and NOTHING. Food items on the service line are not only left out in the open for long periods of time, but then items can be moved from one sandwich to another. The guy working back there looks less like a blackjack dealer straight from Las Vegas. Also, the food was served at a nice room-temperature . It is obvious that this restaurant, the owner or the parent company do not care about their liabilities or their reputation. They have been reported to the State Health Department. You have been warned! Pic: this was my sandwich as it was as I opened the package. They may as well have served Alpo. The presentation would have been the same.
