Our server, Saundra was superb, attentive , but not overbearing, and made great wine and food suggestions based on years of experience at the restaurant. Everyone was pleased with their choices, so I will just comment on mine. Saundra had suggested the cioppino paoletti after hearing us talk about a recent trip to Maine. This dish was phenomenal! It easily compared to the seafood dishes we ate in Maine, and in some aspects was better. Desserts and after dinner dinner drinks were also great.

Saundra led us through an incredi... read more A rare exceptional experience, Gina, third generation restaurateur, stopped by our table to ensure we were tended to properly. Saundra led us through an incredible dining experience. The octopus was the best we've ever eaten. We found out it arrived fresh from the Mediterranean within hours of being served. The Bolognese was classic and superb. The wine was transcendent and paired perfectly with the outstanding culinary experience. We will be talking about this meal for years to come!

Paoletti is without a doubt one of our favorite restaurants and easily makes our top 10, if not top 5 experiences. The food, atmosphere and service are totally on point and prices are appropriate for thelevel of quality. Be sure to call ahead, I think 2 months is when you can try. They stay fully booked, because they are thebest show in town.

I read a prior r... read more I was lucky enough to get a reservation at Ristorante Paoletti on a recent trip to the area. I can't say enough wonderful things about my meal. I read a prior review that mentioned the food was too spicy, and I certainly did not find that to be thecase. My meal was perfectly seasoned (risotto to die for), the service was amazing, and nice ambiance. What more can you askfor than great food, great wine shared with great friends. I can't wait to be back in the area and enjoy another delightfulmeal.
