We... read more My wife and I had a wonderful romantic dinner last night at Ristorante Paoletti. The ambiance was charming with a cool vibe and an excellent music playlist. We shared the grouper, which was incredibly delicious! Our server, Juan, was outstanding—very personable and warm, with an engaging demeanor. We truly enjoyed a fine dining experience in Highlands, and we will definitely be returning. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner.

He was... read more The restaurant is quite crowded and has a tight layout, so it may not be ideal for those who are claustrophobic. However, our server Bryon was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, attentive, and brought a sense of humor to the evening. This was our first visit, and we’re excited to return. I plan to try the fish next time. The menu is wonderful! As for parking, finding a spot in downtown Highlands can be a bit challenging, but it’s manageable.

Paoletti is without a doubt one of our favorite restaurants and easily makes our top 10, if not top 5 experiences. The food, atmosphere and service are totally on point and prices are appropriate for thelevel of quality. Be sure to call ahead, I think 2 months is when you can try. They stay fully booked, because they are thebest show in town.

I read a prior r... read more I was lucky enough to get a reservation at Ristorante Paoletti on a recent trip to the area. I can't say enough wonderful things about my meal. I read a prior review that mentioned the food was too spicy, and I certainly did not find that to be thecase. My meal was perfectly seasoned (risotto to die for), the service was amazing, and nice ambiance. What more can you askfor than great food, great wine shared with great friends. I can't wait to be back in the area and enjoy another delightfulmeal.
