The mac and cheese tasted stale and unappealing, the biscuits were dry and tough, the coleslaw was dry, and the wings were soggy. None of the meal was enjoyable, and I left feeling quite dissatisfied. Unfortunately, this is the worst restaurant I've been to.

They told me that my order had never been canceled, and the... read more After a week of waiting and speaking with a manager, I contacted the app's customer service hotline. They told me that my order had never been canceled, and the store couldn’t process a refund. They were very apologetic about the situation. I’ve had problems with this KFC before and was willing to give them another chance, but after this experience, I think I’ll try a different location.
