The mac and cheese tasted stale and unappealing, the biscuits were dry and tough, the coleslaw was dry, and the wings were soggy. None of the meal was enjoyable, and I left feeling quite dissatisfied. Unfortunately, this is the worst restaurant I've been to.

They told me that my order had never been canceled, and the store couldn’t process a refund. They were very apologetic about the situation. I’ve had problems with this KFC before and was willing to give them another chance, but after this experience, I think I’ll try a different location.

She suggested the drive-thru would be faster. This will be my first and last time eating there.

I would have preferred to sit at a table and use the restroom. Once inside, I ordered the original recipe, but I ended up with extra crispy instead. The employee insisted it was the original recipe, but I've been ordering it for 60 years and have never cut my gums on it before. When I requested some ketchup packets, they were all stuck together in a large clump with honey. To top it off, their Christmas tree was still up on April 1st.

I ordered the eight-piece meal and requested a substitution of wings for breasts, which incurred an extra charge. I also asked for fresh chicken. When my order was ready, I double-checked with the employee to ensure that my extra breasts and biscuits were included, and she confirmed they were. However, when my family and I sat down to enjoy the meal, we discovered that the chicken and biscuits were so old and tough that we couldn't even savor them. Although I paid nearly $40 for the meal, we only received 6 pieces of chicken (1 breast, 3 thighs, 2 legs) instead of the 8 we were supposed to get. I tried to call KFC several times to share my feedback with the manager, but no one answered the phone. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this KFC in the future.
