This restaurant should seriou... read more The staff at this location could really improve their counting skills. I ordered a three-piece combo but only received two pieces. This restaurant should seriously think about closing down. I can't imagine any fast food place in the St. Louis area with a lower rating than this KFC. It's a disappointing reflection on the franchise owner. Fast food shouldn't be this hard to get right.

I would have preferred to sit at a table and use the rest... read more The restaurant was open, but the doors were locked. When I called, they told me to use the drive-thru. I would have preferred to sit at a table and use the restroom. Once inside, I ordered the original recipe, but I ended up with extra crispy instead. The employee insisted it was the original recipe, but I've been ordering it for 60 years and have never cut my gums on it before. When I requested some ketchup packets, they were all stuck together in a large clump with honey. To top it off, their Christmas tree was still up on April 1st.

I want to share my experience with you. We ordered in advance through the app for Easter, and when we picked it up, everything was prepared, fresh, hot, and delicious! Highland KFC is amazing!

I ordered the eight-piece meal and requested a substitut... read more During my recent visit to Highland, I was excited to see a KFC, as it’s one of my favorite restaurants. I ordered the eight-piece meal and requested a substitution of wings for breasts, which incurred an extra charge. I also asked for fresh chicken. When my order was ready, I double-checked with the employee to ensure that my extra breasts and biscuits were included, and she confirmed they were. However, when my family and I sat down to enjoy the meal, we discovered that the chicken and biscuits were so old and tough that we couldn't even savor them. Although I paid nearly $40 for the meal, we only received 6 pieces of chicken (1 breast, 3 thighs, 2 legs) instead of the 8 we were supposed to get. I tried to call KFC several times to share my feedback with the manager, but no one answered the phone. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this KFC in the future.
