Applebee's Highland Heights

For over 10 years in this place. It's always a pleasure. Staff are very nice and the food is always good. Joel is a friend of mine who has worked there since I go, and he's a rocking server. Love with this place in Highland Heights.

Friendly staff. The service was a little slow, but it sounded like short staff. The food was great. If we were back, we'll eat there again.

The Bourbon Steak was hot and delicious. I had a blue Hawaiian long island of iced tea that was somewhat too strong to enjoy the aromas. But it was still pleasant. The staff was friendly. EVen, although it was related to many large groups that came in, our waiting time was not long.

I'm not a big fan of Applebee's, but I have to admit that their soup and salad were really good. I prefer my soup piping hot, but most restaurants never seem to get it quite hot enough, probably because...

I can't speak to the negative reviews, but every time I visit, the service is excellent and the food is fantastic. I especially enjoy their burgers and the honey BBQ wings are the best! I absolutely love this place!
