This Dunkin' Donuts is usually one of the better locations because they consistently get your coffee order right. However, today, I had to wait an hour just for a single cup of coffee—no food, just the coffee. There were three people working: one gentleman appeared to be training the other two on how to make coffee, while he was also trying to manage the register. Meanwhile, there was one girl preparing food. It was quite chaotic today. I do feel bad because they were very polite and apologetic, but waiting an hour for a basic small cup of hot coffee is just excessive.

I was really disappointed during my visit. Dunkin' Donuts didn’t have any of the donuts I like, particularly old-fashioned ones. It makes me wonder why they even call themselves Dunkin' Donuts when they don't have any donuts to offer. They should just go by Dunkin' since all they seem to focus on is coffee. Perhaps I visited at a bad time, but this might just be the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. The world may never know!
