I order from here a couple of times per month (pick up). Have never had a problem with quality or order accuracy. Contrary to a lot of these reviews, I think this Chipotle is better than any other I’ve been to. Love their vegetarian burrito bowl and their chicken quesadilla! View all feedback.

0 stars if I could. Tonight was the last straw with this location. They constantly mess orders up, they have unsanitary practices as I found hair in my food and on top of that I placed an order today and found out the doors are locked at 7:30 PM and they went home. So they steal from the customer too. What a waste of space to this town. Who ever runs or purchased this place clearly knows nothing about running a business let alone a food establishment. I don't understand how chipotle cleared this location.
Doordash was a nightmare! Unpredictable technical difficulties and no bathroom made for a frustrating experience at this Chipotle Grill. Despite signs outside indicating online pickup only, we had trouble getting help from employees when our order went wrong. We had to cancel our Doordash delivery and were told by staff that they never received the order. It was confirmed that there were technical errors causing inconvenience. I will not be making the long trip for future deliveries at this Chipotle Mexican Grill, even if the payment is high.
I would not recommend this place. I have given it multiple chances, but I am no longer willing to do so. I often have to wait in line for 45 minutes, deal with incorrect orders, and face other inconveniences. The kitchen staff seem overwhelmed, likely due to a lack of proper management. I suggest customers support small, family-owned businesses in the area instead. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
This restaurant is the worst. Don't count on your order being ready or hot when you receive it. Expect stale chips and poor service. Skip this place and head to American Burrito instead.
They should either turn off or set more employees. my pick-up time was 7:30. When I arrived at 7:25, they worked on 6:20 commands. they ran out of what I ordered after waiting for an hour and 10 minutes. Eat was cold, tear was hard. never again
The food was good and my issue isn't with the employees. I actually felt bad about the 3 of them having to be slaving in an assembly line while 10-15 people stood around for almost an hour for their order. They were so backed up, that I came at 6:30 (For a 6:30) and they were still on 5:45 PM. Which, isn't their fault. It's a small space and they can only move as fast as their hands allow them, while leaving little room for error.Chipotle, as a company do better. I waited 40 minutes for my food, but I blame the company, not the doers. You can't cram workers in a 2x4 space and expect them to move like a machine. Space out the times and allow the workers time to actually prepare, without being stuffed with work. God forbid if one of them had to use the bathroom or take a lunch break. They can't even ramp up staff, because the kitchen isn't huge enough.Like I said, the workers were great and I'm not going to complain about them, because the higher-ups will make their already horrid work shifts, more demanding and horrid. Shout-out to the young ladies working orders, for still killing it and doing their best!I'm leaving 5* for the workers.
