At Whitebridge Hotel, we take pride in being a pet-friendly establishment, welcoming your well-behaved dogs with open arms. We understand that dogs are part of the family, and we’re excited to pamper your Very Important Pooches! Each furry friend will enjoy their stay with cozy dog beds, fresh-water bowls, and a delightful array of treats. You and your canine companion can roam freely throughout the hotel, with a special designated dog-friendly area for breakfast. If you wish to have your dog join you for a meal, just let us know in advance so we can set you up with the perfect table. For a nominal charge of £5 per night, capped at £20 for your entire stay, your dog can enjoy all the comforts of our hotel. However, we kindly ask that you keep in mind our size restrictions: we only accommodate dogs up to 35kg. If your dog exceeds this limit, please contact us before your visit. While we encourage you to enjoy your time with your dog, there are some guidelines to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience. Dogs should not be left unattended unless crated and calm, and they are not allowed on our furniture—let’s keep all four paws on the floor! In public areas and grounds, dogs must be kept on a short lead, and we appreciate your help in cleaning up after them using our designated outdoor bin. As much as we love dogs, we must prioritize the comfort of all our guests. If your dog is excessively vocal or displays nervous or aggressive behavior, it may not be the right fit for our environment. This hotel is in a remote location but it appears to be a very busy pub and restaurant with locals and tourists.
We booked a table for dinner the first night of our honeymoon, we were staying at the nearby Wildside lodges. Only a five minute walk up the road to the hotel so very handy. Very friendly staff, great service and amazing food! Couldn’t fault it. We then booked again for our last night and yet again amazing food and service! We will definitely return, highly recommend!
Had a good meal but it was surpassed by the best brownie pudding in Scotland. Great service and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.
Found this wee gem next to where we were renting for a week. We ate here on 3 evenings with our 3 dogs. Delicious food and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Burger was particularly delicious. Thank you.
We stopped here as a family of 4. The restaurant had a real buzz about it. The service was excellent and food also very good. Highly recommended.
