The food was outstanding - the fish was cooked to perfection and the wine complemented it perfectly. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The bathrooms were also well-maintained.

Up... read more During the middle of our NC500 cycling trip, we stayed at a hotel and brought our own gear. I called ahead the day before to inform the hotel of our arrival. Upon arrival, they had made arrangements to securely store our bikes. Our room was comfortable, with a fantastic shower. They offered to wash our clothes at no extra charge, and provided a full basket. The meals were all excellent. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. It was close to the amazing Smoo Cave, a natural wonder created by Mother Nature.
