The café at Marks & Spencer is a lovely and inviting spot where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Whether you're in the mood for a satisfying breakfast, a lively lunch, or just a cup of coffee, this café has you covered. I recently visited their location in Inverness, which was charming despite being a bit chilly. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again in the future.

I returned items from an online order, but accidentally went to the wrong location. Sandra, a woman with blonde hair, was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to deliver my items to me. Her customer service was excellent, even though I had made a mistake. I would rate her service 10 out of 10!

There was only one person working the register, causing a long line out the door. Three other staff members were seen clearing tables, but they were not wiping them down before seating the next customers. The food was average, but the wait and frustration with the service and management of the cafe made it not worth it.

On Friday, November 10th, there was no soup available at all and the sandwich shelves needed to be refilled at this restaurant. The staff appeared to be under pressure, with water spilled all over the serving counter where drinks were obtained. I had to wipe down my tray and table as a result. While tables were cleared, they were not wiped down. Any food that was ordered for table delivery was likely lukewarm by the time it reached the customer. The lack of managerial supervision was evident. Marks and Spencer, you need to improve your service.
