The person... read more I ordered a small takeout meal that cost just under £40. After checking my order, I noticed a couple of mistakes and called to ask for a correction. The person who answered the phone seemed young, and I didn't mind the mistake. However, after speaking with the kitchen, they requested that I return the order. I agreed and went back to the restaurant, where I was told I had to give back my original dish and pay an additional £8.50 for the noodle dish I had initially requested. I ended up paying for two dishes but only received one. The chef/owner was very rude, threatening to fire the young girl for her mistake if I didn't want to pay for the food. This unnecessary rudeness has ensured that I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The takeout service at this restaurant was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. My husband went in the shop, ordered, waited for it... read more Having been a customer at this takeaway for the last 10 years is the reason I have given such a poor rating. My husband went in the shop, ordered, waited for it then left. It was not until I got home, approximately 10 mins away, that I noticed the requested special fried rice with separate peking sauce was actually s.f.r with bbq sauce in it, with the separate sauce in accompaniment. I phoned from my house and the young girl on the desk spoke, she never said anything close to an apology. I explained what happened assuming my replacement would be ready by the time I arrived to collect. I also said I would need the side dish replaced too as it would be cold. The young girl was simply rude. So I drove in to be ignored by the young girl and met by one in charge I assume. She went through the order blaming me for the mistake, after a short, pointless discussion I asked if they are going to replace or not. She walked away with it. 20 minutes later I got a replacement, much longer than the usual wait. Will never go back again
