Capilla offers an inviting blend of delicious food, friendly service, and stylish decor, perfect for any dining occasion. Diners rave about the flavorful seafood, including impeccable octopus and generous portions of paella, alongside tempting tapas like garlic shrimp and chicken croquettes. Although the atmosphere is cozy and vibrant, guests report inconsistencies in service, particularly regarding time constraints that can rush the dining experience. Overall, Capilla’s menu, featuring fresh ingredients and delightful desserts, ensures a rewarding visit, making it a worthwhile stop for travelers and locals alike. With a few service adjustments, it promises an exceptional dining experience.
The atmosphere at this restaurant is nice, with stylish decor that would be suitable for either a casual beer and snacks outing or a more formal meal. The food is good and the desserts are great, with prices that aren't too high. The service was good, although there was a mix-up with our drink orders. Despite being a small place, it was almost fully booked on a Tuesday night.
I wasn't sure what to expect for lunch at this restaurant, so we decided to order four dishes. When the food arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. There were three of us and we ordered garlic shrimp, calamari, octopus, and black pudding with chorizo. I was impressed by the perfectly cooked octopus, as it wasn't rubbery at all. All the dishes we tried were beautifully cooked and very flavorful. We also had bread, aioli, olives, and two desserts (for dessert and to photograph). The staff was friendly and helpful.
Visited here in the last month for a work evening dinner. the personal was very friendly and the place has a really cozy, quirky atmosphere. we ordered a lot dressed and had the seafood paella, which all came together and preordered in good time. the paella was huge considering that 3 of us were booked for it, and tasted amazing! very happy with the service and evening in general, will definitely come back and bring my hubby with me.
Hidden gem. Reasonably priced, excellent small plates—so much food. Never had a tastier olive and the wine was amazing. We had a bit of everything and can not recommend it more.
