This location has certainly seen improvements. The wait time in the drive-thru has decreased, and my orders are now much more accurate. I also appreciated that they took the time to thank me – a nice touch!
This is probably the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The place was extremely clean and the staff were friendly. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. I had the triple stack bourbon cheeseburger, while my son enjoyed the $5 bag with a double stack. We were both very satisfied with our experience!
I just went through the drive-thru and ordered two chilies, a fry, a Coke, and a cookie. After about five minutes, when I got to the window, they told me they were out of cookies. Once I finally received my order and drove off, I realized my drink was a Mr. Pibb instead of Coke, and the fries were cold. I have to say, this is probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.
Terrible experience. The food was relatively hot, but it's just a fast food place. Customers expect quick service. There's no reason I should have to wait 15 minutes for a $5 biggie bag! Fast food in the Triad area is really disappointing.
I previously gave WENDY'S a rating of 3, but that was for the location on North Main in High Point. The WENDY'S on NC-68, however, offers exceptional service! Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for the manager's name. The staff is always busy, but they make sure to greet you as soon as you arrive at the counter, assuring you that they will assist you shortly.
