Just rude ! We had an order today 10/24/2022 on it uber eats and we received the order just fine via the delivery driver. The items were packaged nicely and the food was still warm. We opened our shrimp fried rice and chicken fried rice to find that our rice was plain fried rice. We called the restaurant immediately and asked if it was a mistake and the young lady on the phone asked what I assumed to be the owner or cook… and she immediately said we were lying ! I then heard the young lady say “ Mimi there were two orders for Uber eats one with plain fried rice and the other with chicken and shrimp. She then gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me if I want I can come back up there and they will remake it. I said I couldn’t at the moment that was the whole reason of me ordering delivery. She then tells me “ well we’re busy in the middle of a market rush , so I don’t know what else to tell you”. I said sheesh you don’t have to be so rude over YOUR mistake! Some people are unbelievable. I usually love SAKE, and I typically order there a few times a week. Never again after being treated like this.

The rice was just a tas... read more It was the worst Japanese food we’ve tried. The portions were ridiculous, but it wouldn’t be a big deal if the taste wasn’t so terrible. The rice was just a taste of black pepper and nothing else. Food was highly overpriced for its quality. We tried all kinds of Japanese restaurants in different states and so far this is the worst one we’ve been to. Service was good but food is so terrible.
