This is definitely the best KFC in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient with your orders. If there’s ever an issue, they’re more than willing to remake it because they genuinely want you to leave satisfied. The manager is very professional and managed a difficult customer with great composure; we really appreciated that. And of course, the food is always cooked to perfection—every single time! Thank you, everyone!
The pot pies were delicious, but the fries were served cold and the tables were dirty. The seats had food crumbs all over them, so we had to clean our own table and wipe down the seats. I believe that's the responsibility of the staff, not the customers, but I didn't mind doing it myself.
Kentucky fried chicken is terrible. It is full of grease. Old grease at that and it’s not worth the money it taste awful, you can’t even taste the chicken taste that we are so use to tasting. Kentucky Fried as long as you have been serving people you should do better than that. I would really like my money back this has happen twice now to me (no more). Eat at your own risk. Both High Point locations.
