@bojangles terrible and evil experience! I took a day before I wrote this, but yesterday 11/20 I put an order online for collection. simple order with 2 cajun filet biscuits, one of them with Pimento cheese. I'll get the order, go home and prepare you to eat. When I pick up the keks with Pimento cheese, I get a little attention, there was a “good thru” sticker in the Pimento cheese. it was the full sticker, not just a part of it. How could anyone miss a whole sticker? when I reappear to show the personal that everyone will fall, the eyes were big, and they lost color in their faces. one of them even replied, "This is evil." they fixed the biscuits, refunded the biscuits and threw a cake in the pocket. bojangles used to be a favorite, but after this experience and knowing other bojangles in winston was shut down for sanitary problems, I fully believe that sanitation is not a priority for bojangles. I can honestly say I'm through!

(Bojangles, Greensboro Rd. High Point NC). I’ve stopped at this Bojangles many times. Usually there is always something that isn’t that good. We’ll, today when I ordered steak biscuit combo, seasoned fries with a Pepsi it took longer than usual. I pulled up to the drive through window and I asked the person at the window for some ketchup. They seems totally distracted by something going on in the restaurant. I told them to just put the ketchup in the bag. After asking them to put my ketchup in the bag, a couple of times, they looked at me and handed me a handful of ketchup. So I’m sitting in my car with a large handful of ketchup. I also got a Pepsi with no ice that was so flat, I poured it out. I hope my next stop here is better or I’ll need to stop somewhere else.

I’ve visited the Bojangles on Greensboro Rd in High Point, NC several times, but each experience has somehow fallen short. During my most recent visit, I ordered the steak biscuit combo with seasoned fries and a Pepsi, but the service was slower than usual. When I asked for ketchup at the drive-thru window, the staff seemed distracted by something going on inside the restaurant. After several requests, they finally handed me a large handful of ketchup. The Pepsi I received had no ice and was so flat that I had to throw it away. I hope my next visit will be an improvement; otherwise, I might have to look for another place to grab a meal.
