When I got home... read more I had a terrible experience at Bojangles. I placed a simple online pickup order on 11/20 for two Cajun filet biscuits, one with pimento cheese. When I got home and picked up the biscuit with pimento cheese, I noticed a whole “good thru” sticker stuck inside the cheese. How could an entire sticker be missed? When I returned to show the staff, they were shocked and embarrassed. One even said, “that is nasty.” They replaced the biscuit, refunded me, and threw a pie in the bag. Bojangles used to be a favorite of mine, but after this and hearing about another location in Winston being shut down for sanitation problems, I no longer believe cleanliness is a priority here. I’m done with Bojangles.

Be sure to try the dirty rice... read more This was our first visit to Bojangles, and as visitors from Pennsylvania, we were very pleased with both the service and the food. Be sure to try the dirty rice, chicken, biscuits, and the iced tea! The staff were incredibly friendly!
