Kind of dirty, not the best service and food doesn't seem as fresh even coming at peak times like lunch when you think they'd have everything fresh. There was something weird in the salsa today like a rotten tomato got mixed in or something. Chunks of something slimy and gross. It seems like all of the locations are like this now. My son loves the queso which is the only reason we occasionally go when it's his choice. It's also expensive. 10.99 for a burrito bowl a little high, but not crazy... but it's also 10.99 for 2 tacos

They are in serious need of management. the hours are never consistent. it says online that they are open until 9:00 some nights, but on multiple occasions i ha... read more They are in serious need of management. the hours are never consistent. it says online that they are open until 9:00 some nights, but on multiple occasions i have tried to get food before closing on these nights and they refuse. they say they close at 8:00. i call to ask the hours and they say they close at 9:00. that simply can’t be true, unless the workers are blatantly refusing service despite being open. the food is good but the hassle is not worth it. not to mention the worst attitudes i’ve ever seen coming from the staff. the dining room is always filthy. i’ve now started going to the other location on 62.

However, now it seems deserted most of the time. The cleanliness, stock levels, and overall organization have declined significantly. It is disappointing to see the restaurant's quality deteriorate, especially considering it used to offer great value for the price.
