The curly fries were crispy, and the fountain Sprite was mixed just right.

I visited Arby’s around 3:25 PM on a Monday afternoon for lunch with a friend. We placed our order at 3:30 PM. Although my friend had some coupons, we decided n... read more I visited Arby’s around 3:25 PM on a Monday afternoon for lunch with a friend. We placed our order at 3:30 PM. Although my friend had some coupons, we decided not to use them since they offered happy hour specials from 2 to 5 PM with lower-priced items. I ordered two chicken sliders, a small curly fries, and a jamocha shake, while my friend had a similar meal but chose an orange-sicle shake instead. Each meal cost just over $5, which I found quite reasonable. Cay Smith, the shift manager, helped us at checkout. Our food was prepared quickly, and we enjoyed eating inside. The chicken sliders were wonderfully crispy, the fries were tasty, and I really liked the shake. I have no complaints. I ended up quite full and saved one slider for later. The restaurant was clean and not very crowded.

I understand that staffing challenges can occur after Covid, which is unfortunate for everyone. However, it was frustrating to see customers who ordered after me being served before me. Despite this, Arby's menu offers a variety of choices worth trying.

The pictures promised a delicious sandwich with... read more This Arby's location is definitely going downhill. I just spent over $11 on a prime rib cheesesteak and a drink. The pictures promised a delicious sandwich with red and yellow peppers and onions, but mine came with no peppers and way too many onions, making it inedible. I had this sandwich before when it was offered, and it was great, but this was disappointing. The service has also declined, possibly due to understaffing. They used to be very friendly, but not today.

I ordered them for lunch today, and as usual, Arby's did not disappoint. The delivery was prompt, the food was hot, and everything was packaged tightly. I have no complaints whatsoever! Keep up the excellent work!
