When we pulled into the drive-thru, we were met by a rude and impatient employee who seemed annoyed that we had chosen to order from the restaurant. After finally paying at the window, we were asked to pull forward and wait for our food. Despite waiting for about 8 minutes, we received only half of our order. After going back inside, we encountered further difficulty with the employees in getting the rest of our order. Even after receiving the correct items, the food was not even good. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money. I would recommend going elsewhere as this place is not worth it.

Even though we didn't catch her name, she exemplified what great customer service should be!

The food arrived cold as if it ha... read more I ordered food delivery through DoorDash and I am extremely disappointed. The door dasher informed us that the staff was rude. The food arrived cold as if it had been sitting for a while. Half of my drink was missing from the cup and all the ice had melted. The cheese sauce on the side was hard. The sandwich was disappointing with only two pieces of roast beef, barely any lettuce (which was wilted and slimy), and a large onion in the middle. The fries were soggy and tasted old. My boyfriend's burger was missing from the bag and he received two sliders instead, which were squished into a small container. DoorDash refunded us for the missing burger, but overall, this experience was absolutely terrible. We understand that people have bad nights, but this was truly outrageous.

Then I pu... read more Told the Lady 3 times I wanted two combos with Two Large sweet teas and two large fries. I pull around and she handed me two medium teas. No big deal. Then I pull off and check the bag, I have two medium fries. I take a drink of my tea , it's unsweetened. I asked her for ranch and she Gave me ketchup. On top of all that she was not very friendly!
