Howeve... read more When you purchase a product from a store such as a toaster or a kettle and it is faulty, you are typically entitled to a refund even if you have used it. However, this policy does not seem to apply at St Moritz restaurant. If the chicken in your risotto is tough and ruins your dining experience, it appears that the management is content to simply apologize and send the customer away. When I mentioned that the chicken in my Risotto di Pollo Funghi was rubbery, I was only met with a cursory apology from the kitchen. While my partner enjoyed the delicious Risotto Chorizo with no issues, the lack of concern for my dissatisfaction with the tough chicken was disappointing. It is unfortunate that this negative review stems from one subpar dish and the staff's unwillingness to address the issue. It would have been more satisfying if the chef or management had taken the time to speak with me directly to resolve the issue. Moving forward, I hope that they prioritize customer satisfaction to avoid receiving similar feedback in the future.
