Asked for a cup of tea and the barmaid ask me , what do you mean a meal or a drink or something, she said get a table number and then come back in and I will serve you so I walk back out side and found a table . Went back inside and ordered a cup of tea and another barmaid informed me they had no milk and I left without anything!

A homely and welcoming place in the midst of a beautiful english landscape (situated right next to the station too, so it's convenient! staff was friendly and understanding as can be. food was excellent for its price. room service went above and beyond in tidying up the place whilst we were on our adventure elsewhere.

Stopped by for a pint and some appetizers after a day in the Blue John mines. Quaint little pub nestled in the hills. We sat outside at one of the many picnic tables, enjoyed the refreshments and the stunning views of the Peak District.
