Flavours were well balanced, and they will make it more authentic for me instead of a little deflavoured for the bland palettes of the locals. The quantity was a fair amount, but compared to a Viet restaurant in a major city in Ontario the prices were closer to the rest of Alberta at $20 head. The decor is hideous, and the interior is trashy and out dated, but the food was spot on. I will observe the 'chinese american buffet ' at some point, but it looked hideous and way too Western for me to bother with. This place is for authentic Vietnamese food hopefully High Level will figure out what that is and not be scared off by the pictures of General Tso 's chicken... please try something authentic and it will be an experience on par with a major urban centre.
