For us introverted types it's really... read more Food was fine, but I dined in and they block off of the seating space with chairs and herd you all into a corner together. For us introverted types it's really off putting and they really should let people choose where they want to...sit. They are paying customers after all. This was my second time eating here recently and it was the same both times. And before anyone says it was the time of day for cleaning, it was two different times in the afternoon and the area being blocked off was already spotless. But we're forced to use the dirty tables in the front. I'd like to know how the owner of this restaurant would feel if his/her family was corralled in the same way. I won't return Probably won't return.

I attended to the A W in High Level, AB for dinner with my family as I was passing through on vacation. While seated enjoying dinner an employee stopped wHthewa... read more I attended to the A W in High Level, AB for dinner with my family as I was passing through on vacation. While seated enjoying dinner an employee stopped wHthewasdoing and decided to step outside in front of the main entry door and light...up a smoke. He enjoyed it so close to the door a customer would have hit him with the door as she was leaving had he not moved. After the smoke break the employee came back inside the store and went behind the counter ready to serve customers without washing up. I believe a supervisor observed this and after a bit approached the employee and sent him out back. Hopefully to wash up. Customer
