Village Inn Pizza Parlor - Hickory

Be careful about looking up menu for this place. I went expecting to pay $7 or $8 for buffet. Daughter and I left there paying $29 dollars for lunch????????. Wasn't fond of the pizza or spaghetti but their soup and salad was really good.

This place has gone way down since these people took over,same Ole thing on buffet all the time and it's NEVER HOT. Pickings are very slim. And there was 2 flies all over the salad bar. There's more and more things missing from the salad bar like baby corn and chocolate pudding, banana pudding. Very seldom see any dessert pizza on the buffet. Walls and carpet is filthy, oh and the bathroom looks like something from an old service station disgusting. We have made our

Again they get the order wrong. The did say the next pizza free but this is the third time ordering pickup and something be wrong. Supposed to be extra pepperoni. Look at picture, do you see any pepperoni, they put extra onions and peppers

Update: 8/26. 4:30pm. Looks like they hired a few new young men. One making pizza one cleaning the dining room. Pizza was hot bar was full. Dining room was very clean. Also woman at the register was very sweet. Unlike the last time we were here. I'm very pleasantly surprised.!

We had the buffet salads. Everything was good fresh. The pizza offerings were a bit slim when we came in, but they were open to requests, if there was something that you specifically wanted. We plan to eat there fairly often.
