Five Guys - Hickory

The food wasn 't bad, but the guy behind the register was terrible. While i was ordering, I guess I took too long to his liking and he looked at me, rolled his eyes shook his head. If it weren 't for the group we were with, i would have told him to forget my order walked out. All the staff were young each one looked miserable. The only friendly person there was the girl who greeted you by yelling Welcome to Five Guys! . They forgot a Chocolate Shake that we ordered, so my Fiance went back to the counter to let them know. About 5 minutes later, a young man walks out very timidly asks to see our receipt. He checked to make sure we had ordered one. We never go up front ask for something to be made that we didn 't order, I know it probably happens more than not, but it wasn 't a very nice feeling in a crowd for people to hear him ask to see our receipt. Just a bad experience all the way around. Oh, for 4 burgers, 3 fries 3 drinks a shake, it was $79! WAY OVER PRICED. I don 't see us going back.

I went into this location last week and had wonderful service. The food was fresh. The location was clean and well kept. I was helped by Landon and Daniel both of whom were helpful, courteous, and seemed to actually care about their jobs! It made me decide on picking up Five Guys this week too, where I got to see Landon?s welcoming smile again! Well worth the money spent. I will be going back in for another little cheeseburger and some fresh cut fries!

Very disappointed by the amount of the fries I was given. ordered a large and was notified that it feeds 4 people. When I got the frits, McDonalds was the same amount of frits as a big one. $8 for this amount of Pommes is disappointing. I think it was because it was the end of the evening and everyone wanted to go home. Hopefully, these Five Guys will look at the reviews and come back on course to have the same consistency of all the other Five Guys companies.

5 ? for the 1st time eating at any of the Five Guys locations, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and the amount of toppings that came on the all the way junior Cheeseburger I ordered and the amount of fries that you get in a small order. All the staff were cheerful, courteous, friendly and very professional. This location has set a very high bar for the other locations of Five Guys that I am going to find and eat at in the near future!!

Excellent. Delicious hamburger. Potatoes are natural. You have peanuts while waiting for your order. There's Refil in the Sodas.
