I've tried to give this restaurant multiple chances, but it seems they don’t care much about their customers. If you arrive less than an hour before closing time, don't expect to find much available, as they're often "out" of many items. The management here definitely needs improvement.

The service was not up to standard, and the staff seemed unmotivated. To make matters worse, I ended up with food poisoning—or at least I hope that's all it is—which has really affected my day. I advise being careful if you decide to visit!

However, my husband did find some fatty and gristly pieces in his steak that he had to spit out. We decided to sit outside since it was a bit chilly indoors, but unfortunately, there was a broken glass bottle near our table. On a positive note, the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

It was 45minutes until they closed so I felt like they were just rushing us out and that the ?toppings? we wanted were actually in the fridge underneath them but i guess they didn?t feel the need to open up fresh veggies before close ? Not completely sure honestly. Another time before that occasion they had got our orders all wrong and offered to just put what we actually wanted in little plastic sauce cups instead of remaking our order the way we wanted. Tried giving this place chance after chance but it seems like they don?t care at all about the customers and if it?s under an hour before close you aren?t getting much with order cause everything?s ?out? . I've tried to space out my orders in case maybe it was a fluke, but now I'm convinced they just don't care. The orders are so incredibly wrong. Both me and my husband's orders were wrong tonight. Posting pics for reference. No sour cream, no red sauce, no guac, didn't ask for beans.. etc.. So disappointing.
