The atmosphere, food, and service were all exceptional, just as I remembered. It's unfortunate that I haven't dined at Bob Evans much lately, but my recent experience was enjoyable with great service, tasty food, and reasonable prices. Plus, it wasn't too crowded on a Saturday afternoon! I highly recommend it!

However, I’m glad I decided to give them another chance recently. I was welcomed with a smile and seated right away, and my order was taken and delivered in a timely manner. The food impressed me on all three counts: taste, temperature, and texture. Food rating: 5/5.

I arrived early and joined the line, but there was no social distanci... read more I ordered two Thanksgiving dinners online to pick up at the Hickory, NC location at 12:45. I arrived early and joined the line, but there was no social distancing as it was extremely long. Around 1:30, an employee approached me to ask about my order, even though I had previously shown my confirmation to another staff member who assured me that my food would be ready in just a few minutes. I finally received my order around 2:00, but it was missing the pie slices. This isn't my first disappointing experience with Bob Evans, and it will definitely be my last. I’m done with Bob Evans.

They were out of many items on the menu, forcing us to choose... read more It's been some time since I last dined here, and unfortunately, the food isn't what it used to be. They were out of many items on the menu, forcing us to choose alternatives. I ordered the turkey and dressing, but it was only lukewarm. My boyfriend also found a long hair in his salad. Overall, it wasn't the best experience, and we likely won't be returning.
