Once placing my order and arriving to the window a young lady then asked what did I order? That?s crazy! I repeated my order she responded with what? Irepeated my order in which she then handed me my order. Lack of customer service to say the least! They could take a note fromthe world?s top rated fast food restaurant Chick-fil-A?I will choose next time?one star ?? was too much!

After going all the way to Miami Lakes for a sandwich, we were told we needed to download an app just to place our order. It felt like we were treated poorly during the visit, and I found that very frustrating. I plan to reach out to the company's offices to express my concerns. My fiancé and I walked into the lobby to order some food, and he abruptly kicked us out, claiming it was closed. I pointed out the sign outside that clearly states the lobby closes at 10 PM, and we arrived at 9:30, giving us plenty of time to eat and leave. His behavior was incredibly unprofessional, and I even witnessed him cursing at another customer. I will never return to this place again.
