lately the service in this vicky bakery store has improved imposingly, I love guava baked and they make the best ham croquettes, el pan de bono, although it is not Cuban, but is great View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Vicky Bakery:
I ordered a ham and cheese croissant, asking for it to be warmed. While the croissant itself was warm, the ham and cheese were still cold. I expected the cheese to be melted. However, I enjoyed it along with a café con leche for under $9.00, so overall, it was a good value. View all feedback.
Chews Ecake de Cuna was enjoyable. The Flan Cheesecake was tasty as well, but it was a bit on the small side.
The breakfast was quite disappointing. My scrambled eggs had more onions than ham, and the fries were soggy. Additionally, the portion size didn’t justify the price. It would also be nice to have condiments like jelly and ketchup included. Honestly, I can't recommend this place for breakfast and won’t be ordering it again.
The scrambled egg sandwich was absolutely delightful! It brought back memories of how my mom used to make it. The cafe con leche was also just right for my taste. I highly recommend both!
The pastelitos, were fresh this time around
I made an order for my son’s birthday party 5 days before the date. Pastries and a customized cake. When the day came i called before arriving making sure it was ready for pickup. Representative confirm it was ready.When getting there and making the huge line i was told they had an issue with the cake and they could not make it due to machine being broken since it was customized.Issue with this is they confirmed an order that clearly was not done and even worst never called me to let me know that they had issues with the machine having my order number with two alternative numbers to reach me at so i could of make my cake on time at another place.Never offer a refund or an alternate to make the cake at another vicky bakery. All this happened one hour before the party. Manager wasnt there to address the issue and seem to not care at all about customer service.!!!
