The Midnight Sandwich was delicious. I will definitely order again!
The food was delicious and they prepared the coffee exactly the way I wanted. Excellent dining experience.
Just left Trigo Cafe with my family. The staff was extremely friendly. We do not know a lot of Cuban meals, however, Julio and Kathy explained the menu to us and I could tell they were happy to do so. The customer service there was really on another level that I wasn't expecting. The Cuban sandwiches were great. The Yucca fries are amazing. The croquettes and empanadas were so good you could just go there to have a meal of those (many varieties). The Trigo Milkshake was very tasty--we would get again, it consisted of this unique puffed wheat milk combination that we've never had in a dessert before. To top it all off, the dessert, which is made by the owner's 85 year old mother, is something you need to try. Oh, and the flan, it was truly the best Flan I've ever had! We don't live around here but when we come back we will be coming here.
I have lived in Hialeah my entire life, i can say first hand this is an incredible place to eat. Staff is amazing, and the owners are hands on. Perfect recipe for a successful business. Amazing place i will highly recommend this place to everyone
