I’ve never had an issue when going to this location compared to the others. The food is nice and fresh, the staff is really nice and attentive, and the wait times are not long at all. I always walk out really happy and satisfied when I pick up food here. This is definitely the right location to go to if you’re thinking of picking up Pollo Tropical for dinner and don’t want to deal with any issues View all feedback. Be careful when you buy at the drive thru, they give you incomplete orders. I ordered #triocaribeño and it was a total #scam. They only served me the shrimp, rice and beans. View all feedback.
