He has a random Cuban guy... read more Been going to Ricky for 15+ years. It's not the same anymore since his wife divorced him. The food sucks now, he doesn't cook anymore. He has a random Cuban guy cooking that burns all the meats. Everything is well done. Chicken has red in it. Ricky now I guess is getting old, and possibly due to the divorce he's a little snappy aka disrespectful, annoying. After so many years of support I would think by now he would treat me good due to how much money I've spent and the respect I give. It's not the same anymore. Ricky in 2008 was the king of food trucks. Now everything is garbage, overpriced, and you get treated bad.

I ordered the Steak and Chicken Pincho Deluxe Sandwiches and the Steak Pincho with Chorizo Fries and Regular Fries. All the food is straight off the grill! The churrasco steak is cooked just right. I personally love the Pincho Deluxe sandwiches, they are very filling! Like many of the other reviews on here, I do agree that the amount of bbq sauce on the meat can be overwhelming and overall the food is overpriced for what it is. I suggest asking for light sauce or opting for the Pincho's that had less bbq sauce on them. Also, I would definitely opt for plain fries next time the sauce from the meat is enough to get that fix. Be sure to check his hours on their Instagram @pinchomanricky He opens anywhere from 8 8:30pm from Wednesday Saturday. This is a drive thru food truck now someone will either take your order at your car or you can call it in when you're second or third in line.

Th... read more You can find the location and hours of operation on his Instagram @pinchomanricky. The owner is really friendly and has been in the business for a long time. They serve excellent late-night food with quick service. I tried the burgers, which are not your typical patties—they have a unique Hialeah twist, and I absolutely loved them. Definitely give this place a shot!

The service was frustrating—I felt like I was being judged for simply wanting my meal the way I ordered it. As customers, we should be able to dictate what we want, not what the restaurant decides to serve. I don't want to call anyone out, but after my last experience, I felt like I had no other choice.
