Pinchoman - Hialeah

Been going to Ricky for 15+ years. It's not the same anymore since his wife divorced him. The food sucks now, he doesn't cook anymore. He has a random Cuban guy cooking that burns all the meats. Everything is well done. Chicken has red in it. Ricky now I guess is getting old, and possibly due to the divorce he's a little snappy aka disrespectful, annoying. After so many years of support I would think by now he would treat me good due to how much money I've spent and the respect I give. It's not the same anymore. Ricky in 2008 was the king of food trucks. Now everything is garbage, overpriced, and you get treated bad.

I ordered the Steak and Chicken Pincho Deluxe Sandwiches and the Steak Pincho with Chorizo Fries and Regular Fries. All the food is straight off the grill! The churrasco steak is cooked just right. I personally love the Pincho Deluxe sandwiches, they are very filling! Like many of the other reviews on here, I do agree that the amount of bbq sauce on the meat can be overwhelming and overall the food is overpriced for what it is. I suggest asking for light sauce or opting for the Pincho's that had less bbq sauce on them. Also, I would definitely opt for plain fries next time the sauce from the meat is enough to get that fix. Be sure to check his hours on their Instagram @pinchomanricky He opens anywhere from 8 8:30pm from Wednesday Saturday. This is a drive thru food truck now someone will either take your order at your car or you can call it in when you're second or third in line.

Yummy ! Delicious ! Amazing ! Price is a little high but you aren't getting food like this anywhere! The sauce is amazing!

This place was ok I would go back definitely not what I expected, I'm from nyc so we know how to do food trucks over there.

I've been enjoying his food since I was around 8 years old, back when he would set up in our office parking lot. Now that I'm 26, I can say he continues to be nothing but kind and is always happy to serve people delicious meals. I wholeheartedly recommend this place—please come and eat here!
