Employees are actually doing their jobs, are knowledgeable about their products and are attending to their customers. The experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The food seemed to contain a lot of injected water, there were signs of recycled oil, and the taste was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the staff frequently forgot our orders. Overall, it was not a good experience. View all feedback.
This isn't necessarily a bad bad thing but what is going on? I order a chicken sandwich and fries. I get chicken tenders and half thing of fries? confused
Very unprofessional, Under staffed during peak hrs. Need customer freindly staff. No ice for drinks. Terribly run establishment. Need better owner or supervisor, who will prioritize his/her establishment. Very unpleasant experience.
