Yesterday, I visited the restaurant and Natti was working alone. I have to say, she was more than wonderful—she was amazing! Even with just a few staff members and a busy crowd, she handled all the orders with a big smile on her face. Thought I had gotten lucky when I saw there were not many people at this location. To my disappointment they didn’t have a wide variety of donuts or muffins available. Definitely was not worth the stop. Since they didn’t have what I wanted I opted for a sour cream donut which was fried to long. The taste was horrible. It’s 8:07, and there are no donuts available. The place closes at 10, and we've been informed that there won't be any until tomorrow morning. Honestly, this is quite disappointing.
The customer service is excellent, and orders are prepared quickly, allowing for an immediate dining experience.
I'm not sure if I arrived too close to closing time, but the donuts were disappointing. The jelly-filled one seemed like it had been left out all day, and the glazed donut looked as if it had been dropped. I really wish I could get a refund for this experience.
I ordered my morning matcha with just coconut milk and tried the new veggie bagel bites—they're absolutely delicious! The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, making the experience very pleasant. Stopping in before work was a delight and really brightened my day.
