I don't want to leave a negative review, but I’ve had enough of this Chipotle. Every time I visit, something is missing. The place is messy and not very clean. The staff seems inexperienced and disorganized. Given how busy this location is, you’d think they would manage their inventory better and avoid running out of items. I recommend going to another Chipotle if you don't want to find out, once you're already there, that they don't have what you want.
My order was ready for pickup, but the side of guacamole looked old, and there were no lids for the large soda cups. The staff didn’t offer any alternative options. A few hours later, my friend went with their family and faced the same issues—still no lids, old guacamole, and no ice for the drinks. Last week, my son visited and they were out of ice cream. I’m not sure if I'll be returning.
So i ordered food coming off of work at 12:30 pm. when i got there this man hands me my food in the most disgusting bag drenched with sauce or whatever it was at the bottom. when i went to my car it kept dripping so i went back in and the lack of customer service was disgusting. cant do the minimal of packing food right. as a person who works mornings i am exhausted and this completely ruined my day. cant even enjoy fast food anymore. but atleast the manager helped me with redoing my order. and when i got my order again it was still all sloppy. but i guess thank you

I give this place 1 star because I can't give it zero. It's absolutely disgusting—why is it even open? There needs to be an inspection to address the issues. There are no forks, there are insufficient items, and the kitchen is filthy with greasy floors.
