So i ordered food coming off of work at 12:30 pm. when i got there this man hands me my food in the most disgusting bag drenched with sauce or whatever it was a... read more So i ordered food coming off of work at 12:30 pm. when i got there this man hands me my food in the most disgusting bag drenched with sauce or whatever it was at the bottom. when i went to my car it kept dripping so i went back in and the lack of customerservice was disgusting. cant do the minimal of packing food right. as a person who works mornings i am exhausted and thiscompletely ruined my day. cant even enjoy fast food anymore. but atleast the manager helped me with redoing my order. and when igot my order again it was still all sloppy. but i guess thank you

Th... read more I give this place 1 star because I can't give it zero. It's absolutely disgusting—why is it even open? There needs to be an inspection to address the issues. There are no forks, there are insufficient items, and the kitchen is filthy with greasy floors.

Plus, the large soda cups didn’t have lids, and the staff didn’t provide any alternatives. A few hours later, my friend visited with their family and encountered the same problems: old guacamole, no lids, and no ice. Just last week, my son also observed that there was no ice available. Although the food was delicious, I'm not sure if I will return.

The atmosphere is chaotic and... read more I prefer not to write negative reviews, but I’ve had enough with this Chipotle. Every time I go, they seem to be out of something. The atmosphere is chaotic and the cleanliness is lacking. The young staff appears disorganized. Given how busy this location is, you'd expect them to manage things better and keep their supplies stocked. I suggest choosing a different Chipotle unless you’re okay with waiting in a long line only to discover they don't have what you’re looking for.
