However, today we ordered three toasted flatbread footlongs, and none of them were actually toasted. Additionally, the pizza we requested with cheese was missing cheese on top, which is unusual for this location. On a positive note, the churros were delicious. Hopefully, our next visit will be better!

Then,... read more I don't know why I keep hoping for improvement at this place. The man with hairy forearms used his whole arm to press down on the bread while cutting it. Then, an older gentleman got so close because he couldn't see the sandwich that his shirt ended up touching it. His face was just two inches away from the sandwich. I've had enough. From now on, it’s Jimmy John’s for me.

Proceeded to wait another 15 to 20 min as several walk-ins were ordering after i walked in and receiving their orders before mine was even started. Horrible customer service. This had happened on multiple occasions. Refuse to come here again.
