Went to the window, gave us the wrong drinkorder which my friend corrected which made the worker even more angrier. Pretty much tossed me my food and kept rushing me toleave. I?ve never had customer service that awful before. Not to mention all our drinks were flat. Our food was disgusting.Probably will not return to this location again.

The staff were rude, and the bowl was mostly filled with potatoes, a few pieces of corn, and some tough, dried-out chicken. I won’t be returning.

When I called for help, I was to... read more I gave this location 1 star because there was no option for zero stars. I ordered delivery, but they left out half the chicken. When I called for help, I was told I had to come to the store to resolve their mistake. Once I arrived, the staff didn't seem to care about my inconvenience and offered a couple of cookies as an apology. Seriously? When you choose delivery, it's usually for a specific reason. They did eventually provide the missing food, but the overall attitude was dismissive. Despite enjoying the chicken and cole slaw, I doubt we'll return, especially since the extra crispy chicken was burnt. Buyer beware—this location has significant issues that make it not worth your time.
