Last weekend we ate here again since (too) a long time ago and the expectation we had has come true again. Delicious food, we both had the daily special and the advance was also excellent. Had enough and I drank a nice wine, so no more room for dessert, so just a delicious espresso and a tea. What Peet Camp doesn't like about En Kookstudio Vandijk:
The pictures promised otherwise. I think there is one inexperienced cook, quite young. The products are good but the processing is disappointing. Lettuce with the shrimps brown and very simple and served too cold. The veal spaillard very dry, thawed out of the freezer too quickly, it seemed. Such a shame while the ambiance is very cozy.
